Job Description

. Manage equipments, supplies, office work, stationery

. Manage office expenses and other incurred expenses

. Process and support accountants to get invoices for services

. Support work related to work time, overtime registration

. Assist with interviews and other HR tasks

 

Skills & Experiences

. University degree

. Love the office environment, administrative work

. Have experience in office computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail …)

. Be proactive, able to work independently, manage and arrange work smartly

. Have good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

. Be dynamic, funny and outgoing
